Position Summary for Business Analyst or Project coordinator:

This position is ideal for someone whose goal is to be Product Manager or Project/QA Manager in future. The candidate will manage, evaluate, and develop key business processes and translate it into functional software requirements using UI/UX wireframe tools and documentation. The candidate will also assist in managing the development process by performing and coordinating QA as well as software releases.

Minimum Experience: Recent college graduates or International Students with OPT-EAD or CPT can apply for the position. Any prior experience in Agile Methodologies is preferred.

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Business Information Systems or related field. Course work in Software Engineering and/or Project Management is preferred.

Location: Troy, Michigan, US

Your duties include:

Ø Proactively conducting discovery workshops with clients to gather information from stakeholders.

Ø Understanding and documenting the business processes and current client problems and requirements

Ø Defining business and technical requirements based on business problems.

Ø Coordinating with development team to design technical solutions to business problems

Ø Converting Business requirements into Functional requirements.

Ø Designing Wireframes

Ø Creating User Acceptance Test documents and getting them signed off by client

Ø Handling requirements, change and defect tracking.

Ø Helping with simple database related tasks for QA

Ø Executing and conducting UAT on desktop or mobile devices

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Ø Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Ø Excellent teamwork skills with an ability to get the work done with minimal supervision 

Ø Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills.

Ø Comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization.

Ø Bachelor or Master’s of Computer Science or Engineering from well-known institutes
